    Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is currently seeking multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school district in Okeechobee, Florida. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and make a difference in the lives of students during the upcoming school year.

    Position Type: Full-Time, Onsite

    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
    • Provide direct therapy services to students in both group and individual settings
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
    • Attend meetings and participate in school-wide initiatives as required

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
    • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida
    • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
    • Prior experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
