Responsibilities (ER RNs):

Triage assessment and prioritization
Emergency treatment and interventions
Vital signs monitoring
Administering medications
Wound care
Assisting with medical procedures
Patient advocacy
Emotional support
Discharge planning
Continuing education
Maintaining safety

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Emergency Medicine
RN license in the state of CA
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
BLS and ACLS certification required
