Part Time Assistant Property Manager - Manasquan, United States - MODERATE INCOME MANAGEMENT
Description
We are looking for Assistant Property Manager / Administrative Assistant for an Apartment Community in Monmouth County, NJ.The Administrative Assistant works with the other Team members on-site to implement and coordinate all administrative activities as described below:
Office Support:
- Assists in the preparation of new subsidy agreements for potential applicants to the property, tenant orientation to the building, and federal programs.
- Reports and records accidents or unusual incident regarding tenants.
- Receives requests for inhouse apartment repairs sand completes required work order in Yardi
- Schedules re certifications for the residents of the Community as required.
- Maintains the resident's files in the appropriate condition as stipulated by Management.
- Attends and assists Management with functions as it may relate to tenant meetings, concerns, or open houses.
- Maintains effective working relationships with associates, Residents, and the public.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Yardi experience a plus
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
