HOW YOU CONTRIBUTE:

As Quality Management Officer / Complaint Specialist, you play a key role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction at Byrnes Mill. Your main responsibility is to design and optimize the complaint process to ensure efficient and satisfactory handling of customer concerns.

  • You are responsible for the process ownership of the complaint process. This means that you not only have a detailed understanding of the processes, but also actively work on their continuous improvement.
  • You are also responsible for the administration of the IT application for complaint management. You ensure that the software runs smoothly and all relevant information is correctly recorded and managed.
  • An important aspect of your role is ensuring key performance indicator monitoring and implementing a monthly error cost report. By analyzing these metrics, you identify areas of focus for error costs and provide targeted support to locations in analyzing and implementing measures for error prevention.
  • You are also responsible for creating training materials for quality tools, especially in the areas of error analysis and prevention. Your trainings help strengthen the quality awareness within the company and equip employees with the necessary skills.
  • Improving transparency of damage costs is another focus of your work. You actively work on reducing costs related to complaints and increasing process efficiency.
  • Communication is a crucial part of your role. You are in close contact with Q-Region Area Managers and
