Description

To strengthen our team at our location in Berlin and/or through hybrid work, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week) Social Insurance Specialist (m|w|d) / Contract Management Officer (m|w|d) for our Selective Contracts / Disease Management Program (DMP) starting as soon as possible.

The Care Team develops contracts tailored to the specific needs of selective and primary care. In addition, we support our client health insurance companies in implementing structured treatment programs (Disease Management Programs (DMP)). Through these contracts, the team creates the conditions for innovative and cost-effective care for our clients.

YOUR TASKS

Together with the team, you will:

advise and support health insurance companies in implementing structured treatment programs according to § 137f SGB V (DMP).
develop, negotiate and implement service products within the framework of selective contracts and contracts for primary care according to SGB V.
be the contact person for our clients and contract partners.
participate in committee meetings at the state and federal level.
conduct coordination procedures with health insurance companies, associations, and supervisory authorities.
