Technician / Engineer / Facility Management Specialist for Traffic Safety (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Control, monitoring and ensuring the functional condition of our properties and their technical systems such as elevator systems (maintenance, repair and maintenance)
Ensuring compliance with operator and owner obligations as well as relevant regulations (traffic safety, fire protection, occupational safety, etc.)
Management of service providers, craftsmen and maintenance companies, conducting contract negotiations and invoice verification
Management, inspection and acceptance of awarded services as well as initiation of defect remediation (inspection of fire brigade access roads as well as the testing status of fire extinguishers, smoke, heat and exhaust systems, etc.)
Project management of individual construction projects in the area of green spaces and maintenance work on buildings and access roads
Processing of special measures in the area of building management
Documentation of damage, defects and recording of reports
