Responsibilities
The Lufthansa WorldShop is located at Frankfurt Airport.

We offer high-quality brand products such as suitcases, electronics, watches & jewelry, and other travel accessories 365 days a year.


The position includes:

  • Sales and consultation of our customers on highquality brand products
  • Individual and serviceoriented support for our international customers
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation
  • Careful and accurate handling of cash transactions
  • Assisting customers with questions, concerns, returns, and complaints
  • Processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Stocking and organizing merchandise in the store and warehouse, as well as handling merchandise picking

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in retail, and previous sales experience; alternatively, extensive experience in selling highquality brand products, with relevant training being advantageous
  • Independent work style, strong sales skills, and enjoyment in providing individual customer consultations
  • Positive attitude, confident and professional presence on the sales floor, and enjoyment in working as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Fluent in German and English, ideally with additional foreign language skills
