The Data Systems Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for providing engineering support for manufacturing software tools used in manufacturing for data management, server management in collaboration with global IT. Position will be responsible for data retention, data migration, trending of data to support continuous improvements in manufacturing. Software tools comprise of in-process inspection and test systems and labelling software systems. This position will be a partner with software and IT engineers to mature data sets to develop AI muscle in the Radiometer business.
This position is part of the Process Engineering department located in New Brighton, MN and will be on site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Process Engineering team and report to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering responsible for utilizing their technical expertise in data engineering to improve and advance manufacturing processes. Analysis of large datasets, prescribe measurement method improvements, and evaluate product and process design characteristics to improve process capability, product efficacy, and equipment reliability is required. Oversee software infrastructure for manufacturing processes' data management, trending, and tracking through the maintenance of current systems and proposal development for innovative technologies.
