- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to enhance and refine marketing strategies across all platforms and channels to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and web developers, ensuring effective communication and project coordination by defining project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the proper implementation of website changes and improvements.
- Provide support to the sales and branding team to effectively manage and coordinate projects, ensuring seamless organization and execution of tasks.
- Plan, set up, and manage A/B tests for various landing pages and shopping cart pages to gather data and insights.
- Analyze test results and make data-driven recommendations for improving landing page and cart performance, with a focus on both pre and post-purchase upsell opportunities.
- Other duties as appropriately assigned.
- Knowledgeable in using the Shopify platform; 2 years' experience preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and conversion rate optimization; 2 years preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- A/B testing experience is a plus.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
