Position Summary


The Site Supervisor's primary responsibilities include providing exemplary Site Supervision, overseeing all site level employees, being accountable for Site level productivity requirements, budget management, scheduling of employees and members, notes review and correction, and interacting with members and families while fostering a positive environment that is focused on providing high quality services to our members and our families.


Responsibilities of the Position

  • Manages direct reports to ensure each staff member is meeting individual job expectations.
  • Communicates and implements direction from CCSN's Leadership.
  • Communicates all clinical questions/issues with the CCSN BHP and attends regular Supervision meetings.
  • Facilitates and coordinates training as needed for new hires and/or existing staff to ensure staff understands job duties and has the necessary tools needed to perform the required job duties.
  • Is the first line of communication for any parent complaints and address issues as needed while communicating results to leadership.
  • Effectively coordinates all therapeutic group respite and individual services.
  • Manages the budget to ensure compliance with finance.
  • Oversees the Monthly logs for fire drills, first aid kits, van inspections, and mileage logs.
  • Provides direction and followup to families and individuals regarding their concerns and issues.
  • Requires some duties to be performed within the community.
  • Working hours are flexible to meet families wherever they are to meet the needs of the member.
  • Some outoftown travel may be required.

What you Need - Education and Work Experience

  • Must be qualified as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
  • Has a master's degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health;
  • Is a registered nurse;
  • Is a physician assistant who is not working as a medical practitioner;
  • Has a bachelor's degree and at least one year of fulltime behavioral health work experience;
  • Has an associate degree and at least two years of fulltime behavioral health work experience;
  • Has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and:
  • 18 credit hours of post-high school education in a field related to behavioral health completed no more than four years before the date the individual begins providing behavioral health services and two years of full-time behavioral health work experience: or
  • Four years of fulltime behavioral health work experience; or
  • Is licensed as a practical nurse, according to A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 15, with at least two years of fulltime behavioral health work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience with children and families.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct supervisory experience in a behavioral health provider setting.

Other required knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Operational knowledge that includes strategy, budget management, and staff scheduling.
  • Knowledge about AHCCCS encounter, claims and billing processes preferred.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office
  • Word, Excel, and Outlook, Electronic Health Records)
  • Must have a current/unexpired Driver's License.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Provide and maintain current proof of vehicle insurance and registration.
  • Must maintain a current/valid/unrestricted Level 1 Fingerprint Card
  • Ability to maintain current/valid/unrestricted Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • TB test within 7 days of hire (annually after initial test) due to working in a CCSN site serving members.
  • Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position.

  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other Federal, State and Local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
