CLEANERS - IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FULL TIME NO WEEKENDS

No Prior Experience Required
SP Cleaning Services in Dover NH has immediate openings for cleaners, janitorial, and maintenance positions. We are a friendly, family-oriented business serving the Seacoast area since 2002. We are looking for dependable and dedicated workers.

Salary increases are based on performance and dependability. There are opportunities for advancement to Team Leader, which includes a pay differential, to individuals showing leadership skills and knowledge of their daily cleaning routines.

We work in teams of 2 or 3 led by a Team Leader to carry out daily cleaning of commercial common areas and offices as well as unoccupied apartments.

The successful applicant must be able to work within a group as well as independently.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM to approximately 4:15 PM
No evenings or weekend work
Company vans provided
Company shirts provided
Paid weekly
Paid Holidays
Vacation and sick time after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities include:
- clean common areas, such as entryways, stairways, and hallways
- clean club rooms, exercise rooms, and laundry rooms
- clean and stock common bathrooms, kitchens, empty trash
- clean empty apartments for move-in / move-outs
- maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
