Who are you?
You must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or an Engineering field of study; Master's Degrees are preferred. You have 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a strong focus on Project Management and process optimization. You demonstrate a proven track record of successfully leading complex supply chain projects from conception to implementation, and possess a strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles including inventory management, procurement, logistics and demand planning. Experience with Project Management tools and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, Six Sigma, and PMP certifications are a plus
You must possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to successfully execute and support the delivery of projects that contribute to the client's growth and competitiveness. Analytical skills are your strong suit and you have a rigorous attention to detail. You are an excellent communicator, adjusting communication styles based on your audience. You are a quick learner, adaptable and can thrive in new environments. You have experience working within large and complex organizations.
