Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team.

As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage and supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure smooth checkin and checkout processes for guests
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
  • Assist with revenue management by maximizing room occupancy and upselling hotel services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of front desk operations, including checkin/checkout procedures, reservations, and guest services
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
