- Indiana based territory
- Proactively sell Fire Protection test & inspection service agreements which include Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression, Extinguishers & E-Lights.
- Target our key verticals which are education, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, property management, retail, government, hospitality & restaurants.
- Target our existing base of customers for upsell opportunities.
- Conduct physical visits to customer locations with a demonstrated working knowledge of the applicable local, municipal, and NFPA code requirements.
- Work with prospects in a consultative capacity as a life safety expert.
- Prepare quality proposals and negotiate within the pricing and margin guidelines provided by the immediate supervisor and Fire Protection General Manager.
- Prepare, update, maintain, and execute a territory plan outlining target end-users, contractors, and opportunities that will lead to increased market penetration in the assigned territory
- Update Salesforce CRM daily to stay organized and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering, and reporting for business operations.
- Must be comfortable working with a sales quota and exceeding the results expected of you.
