We're a leading wholesale Non-QM lender seeking a talented Loan Funder/Closer/Docs to join our team In this crucial role, you'll be the closer our borrowers dream of, meticulously reviewing loan documents, coordinating with all parties involved, and ensuring a seamless closing experience for our Non-QM loans.


What You'll Do:


  • Review and analyze all loan documents for completeness and accuracy, adhering to Non-QM lending guidelines and investor requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, processors, and other departments to ensure a smooth closing process.
  • Prepare final loan closing documents, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Coordinate loan closings, scheduling appointments and ensuring all parties have the necessary documentation.
  • Disburse loan funds according to closing instructions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all closing activities and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers throughout the closing process.

Who You Are:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage loan closing, preferably with Non-QM loans.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in mortgage industry software and loan closing tools.
  • A valid California Mortgage Loan Closer (MLC) license is a plus.
