Your profile - our gap in the team:


Successfully completed technical education and additional qualification as a state-certified technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) or a degree in building technology, supply engineering, industrial engineering, or similar.

Relevant professional experience, preferably in technical property management.

Expertise in building technology, building services, construction, and maintenance.

Organizational skills, initiative, communication skills, and team orientation.

Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
