Sales Manager with potential for promotion to Managing Director - McDermott, United States - Oceanic Solutions
Description
What can you expect?
- You will build a sales structure and lead it
- You will sell insurance products, especially for biometric risks, occupational pension schemes, private health insurance and financial investment products
- You will manage our sales team and have the opportunity to advance to the management board after approximately one year
- You will take on administrative tasks such as monitoring and meeting deadlines, as well as contract and customer documentation
- You will analyze, monitor and optimize ongoing sales activities
- You will receive training from the company's shareholder and work in Mannheim
What do you need to bring?
- You have completed a degree, vocational training or successful further education in the field of financial services or a similar qualification
- You have many years of experience in managing and building sales structures, as well as advising doctors
- You have experience in leadership and training of sales employees
- You are willing to travel to train and support new employees
- You have a valid driver's license
