What can you expect?

• You will build a sales structure and lead it
• You will sell insurance products, especially for biometric risks, occupational pension schemes, private health insurance and financial investment products
• You will manage our sales team and have the opportunity to advance to the management board after approximately one year
• You will take on administrative tasks such as monitoring and meeting deadlines, as well as contract and customer documentation
• You will analyze, monitor and optimize ongoing sales activities
• You will receive training from the company's shareholder and work in Mannheim

What do you need to bring?

• You have completed a degree, vocational training or successful further education in the field of financial services or a similar qualification
• You have many years of experience in managing and building sales structures, as well as advising doctors
• You have experience in leadership and training of sales employees
• You are willing to travel to train and support new employees
• You have a valid driver's license
