    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Security Officer and or Security Supervisor at a prestigious residential condominium. The ideal candidate will have the necessary experience, excellent communication skills in English (mandatory), and proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred).


    Responsibilities:

    • Provide exceptional security services to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property.
    • Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems.
    • Conduct regular patrols to ensure all areas are secure.
    • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
    • Enforce property rules and regulations in a professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in security or a related field.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Spanish (highly preferred).
    • Excellent report writing skills
    • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
    • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
    • Customer serviceoriented mindset.
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
