Position Qualification
Position Summary
A postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Department of Radiation Oncology, University of Nebraska Medical Center.
The research focus is on breast and pancreatic cancer, with emphasis on the mechanisms of tumorigenesis and the evaluation of novel anti-cancer therapeutics.
This individual is expected to perform complex duties with research skills in the areas of cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, and in vivo animal models of breast and pancreatic cancer.
The successful candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team for collaborative research.
Required QualificationsPhD. with training and education background n Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field.
Supplemental Qualifications
Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and image and statistical analysis are essential.
