We are continuously accepting applications for this permanent position and conducting selection procedures based on the date of application.

The tasks of the Order and Service Department primarily include on-site monitoring and independent enforcement of compliance with regulatory provisions, particularly in the areas of Düsseldorf's street regulations, state emission control laws, and state dog laws. The work takes place throughout the year on the basis of a shift and rotation schedule, regularly outside of normal office hours, in the evenings and at night, on weekends and on holidays. In addition to the general tasks mentioned, duties under the Law on Assistance and Protective Measures for Mental Illnesses (PsychKG) must also be performed. This requires the provision of a 24-hour service, which is carried out across all service groups.
