The Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Clinical Relations Coordinator will maintain all affiliation agreements, contracts, MOUs or other agreements for clinical training and GME programs.
at least 3 years experience in a business environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent, experience with contracts.

promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students

organize and manage all clinical affiliation agreements, MOUs, and contracts between clinical training site and LMU-DCOM

create an alert system to monitor affiliation agreement effective dates
Job Duty
follow-up with site liaison regarding updates, modifications, amendments or new affiliation agreements, MOUs or contracts
Job Duty
create, monitor, and maintain contracts/agreements for Directors of Medical Student Education (DSME) and other preceptor/hospital/site agreements as needed
Job Duty
fiscal management of payment for clinical rotations
Job Duty
review state authorization requirements and receive approvals as needed
Job Duty
assist with credentialing all new adjunct faculty/preceptors as needed, including state license check, board certification for appointment
Job Duty
assist with re-credentialing current adjunct faculty prior to expiration of their current appointment as needed
Job Duty
complete required institutional, program accreditation, and other reports necessary for the advancement of University programs in regards to adjunct faculty
Job Duty
participate on University committees

manage and complete required institutional and program accreditation reports and other reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the University
