We are currently seeking a technically skilled and highly motivated
Head of Mechanical Maintenance (m/f/d) for our mechanical maintenance department.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating mechanical maintenance measures throughout the entire plant
  • Supporting production departments by ensuring the mechanical availability of all production equipment
  • Responsible for initiating and monitoring shortterm repair measures, creating repair programs for major repairs, and procuring spare parts
  • Coordinating inspection, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment, systems, and resources
  • Managing the department both technically and disciplinarily (15 employees)
  • Implementing relevant regulations for occupational safety, cleanliness, environmental protection, and quality assurance
  • Ensuring comprehensive documentation and reporting in the department
  • Contributing to the mechanical design of new systems, and proactively suggesting improvements to work processes and procedures
  • Costconscious management of spare parts

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a master craftsman in metalworking or a similar field
