Job Title:
Executive Director of MAT for the Northeastern region
Job Description:
The Executive Director of MAT in the Northeast US will oversee the operations of outpatient treatment facilities in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and New York, including Methadone and Opioid Treatment Program facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise facility directors
- Lead outpatient facilities through the entire business cycle
- Manage facility budgets and meet financial targets
- Network with medical professionals, referral sources, and stakeholders
- Recruit and develop leadership teams
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective problem-solving and leadership qualities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree in healthcare or business preferred
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years leadership experience accepted
- Minimum 5 years of experience in running Methadone and OTP clinics
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel to facilities
