    Join Our Team as a Behavior Therapist at ABC Academy!

    As a Behavior Therapist at ABC Academy, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children with Autism. We provide paid training and RBT certification assistance, so no prior experience is required.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Quarterly bonus and competitive pay for eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs
    • Applying ABA therapy to help kids with Autism reach their full potential
    • Providing early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
    • Working with school-aged children
    • Implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data
    • Collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals
