We offer you a timely employment opportunity with our client in Downsville, MD as a Human Resources Development Officer (m/f/d).


Your future responsibilities include:

  • Developing tools, methodologies, and processes for human resources development and implementing them
  • Taking responsibility for designing talent management at the location and creating and implementing development, career, and training programs
  • Acting as the HR project manager, particularly in terms of process optimization and digitalization
  • Acting as the deputy of the HR manager (m/f/d) and handling organizational development topics in coordination with the HR manager
  • Supporting the entire recruiting process for executives and high potentials
  • Conducting performance and potential assessments and assisting the HR team with other tasks

Your qualifications for this position are:

  • A successfully completed university degree in organizational or business psychology, human resources management, or a similar background
  • Professional experience in the HR field, human resources development, and ideally first leadership experience
  • Indepth knowledge of human resources development, particularly in the area of talent management
  • Good knowledge of labor, collective bargaining, and social security law
  • Very good MS Office skills and experience with SAP
