Description
FirstFleet is seeking a Transportation Supervisor at our Fort Wayne, IN location.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (and on call every other weekend)

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • TMW dispatch of drivers.
  • Monitoring DVIR's.
  • Trailer tracking and trailer report.
  • Maintain trailer report & trailer maintenance.
  • Onboard new drivers.
  • Monitoring driver compliance with daily pre trip & post trip inspections
  • Audit BOL's daily.
  • Virgin Pulse compliance
  • Serve as back up for Terminal Manager as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Transportation/Dispatch experience required.
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Computer Skills (Outlook, Windows, and Knowledge of TMW (but not required)
  • Self-Starter, with strong attention to detail

Pre-employment drug screen required.
