- Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution.
- Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations.
- Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs.
- Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products.
- Lead projects to completion
- Conduct testing and training with client users.
- Work closely with the clients project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting
- Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of loan origination solutions
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills.
- Excellent at understanding the problem before solving.
- Manage time and deadlines.
- Work in a cross-team collaboration model.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
