    Job Description

    The Sr. Hardware Engineer plays a key part in ensuring the smooth production and quality of our hardware products.

    You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from designing and testing new hardware components to troubleshooting and improving existing manufacturing processes.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with design engineers to translate product designs into manufacturable solutions.
    Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, and test procedures.
    Perform comprehensive testing of hardware components and prototypes to ensure they meet functional and quality specifications.
    Identify and troubleshoot hardware defects, recommending corrective actions and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
    Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
    Work collaboratively with production personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality assembly of hardware products.
    Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in hardware technologies and manufacturing techniques.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    Anywhere from 3-10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
    Strong understanding of electronic components, principles, and troubleshooting methodologies.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Excellent time management and organizational skills.
