- Responsibilities include: Provide orthopedic care to adult and adolescent patients with foot/ankle issues, including sports injuries See patients with general orthopedic issues, acute and chronic while building your foot/ankle practice Procedures: All foot/ankle procedures (replacements, fusions, tendon/ligament reconstruction/repair, etc.) Conditions treated will focus specifically on those that need surgical care. Provider will join a collaborative team around foot and ankle care, consisting of Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, Primary Care Sports Physicians, Podiatry, Plastics and Vascular.

- Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle
- ABOS BE/BC in the United States
- Ability to acquire Indiana medical license
- Graduating fellows and experienced BC physicians encouraged to apply
