Your responsibilities include:


  • Scheduling and organization of appointments
  • Medical documentation in the electronic participant management system
  • Conducting diagnostic tests and performing medical examinations and treatments as ordered
  • Ordering and checking invoices
  • Working in an interdisciplinary team to provide medical care to participants in vocational rehabilitation programs

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a medical assistant with relevant work experience
  • Good computer skills, especially with MS Office programs
  • High level of empathy and social competence
