• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Accept, unload, verify, inspect, and record all incoming shipments.
  • Record, report, and return defective items.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Track incoming parts for Service.
  • Ensure all inventory/stock is properly stored and organized within the warehouse.
  • Label all stock parts with part numbers.
  • Return all warranty parts.

• Warehouse Maintenance:
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

• Transporting Equipment:
  • Load, secure, and transport equipment and materials to various job sites using a trailer.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed during transport.
  • Assist with the unloading of equipment at job sites and ensure proper delivery.

• Offloading Trailers:
  • Safely and efficiently offload trailers upon arrival.
  • Verify the contents against shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies.

• Customer Service
  • Interact with delivery drivers and job site personnel in a professional manner.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to shipments or deliveries promptly.
  • Maintain a good relationship with Installers and Service Technicians.
  • Organize material needs for jobs, help technicians load in the morning if needed.

• Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Do pre-trip inspections on trailers and scissor lifts.
  • Participate in safety training and meetings as required.

• Physical requirements necessary include standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, most of the time with infrequent opportunities to sit.
• Must be able to lift or exert force up to 50lbs or greater and be on your feet during the entire work shift.
• Work is performed in a warehouse setting and involves regular exposure to elements such as dirt, dust, noise, cold, heat, humidity, or wet conditions.
• May require travel to job sites, which can involve working in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
