Around 120 employees provide consulting and brokerage services in the areas of private residential properties, investment properties, industrial and logistics spaces, office and commercial spaces, hotel properties, and investments.

Your responsibilities

As part of a dynamic team that has been established in the Bremen office real estate market for decades and currently holds a market share of around 40%, you will be responsible for the leasing of office properties. Your tasks will include:

Evaluating the commercial real estate market and development projects
Developing and implementing a structured property marketing strategy
Creating convincing marketing materials
Conducting property viewings
Preparing and presenting informative property and location reports
Independently managing sales projects
Providing comprehensive advice to landlords and potential tenants throughout the process
Organizing, moderating, and accompanying lease negotiations
Maintaining relationships with property owners, landlords, and potential tenants
Occasionally attending customer events and networking events
Maintaining an extensive property and customer database
