We are searching for a Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative to serve as the trusted advisor for our LA community members.


Our Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative team does a remarkable job at coordinating community outreach events that make a lasting impact.

To tackle such massive goals, we are searching for an enthusiastic, energetic, and community-driven Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative to join our remarkable team.

Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and campaign plans to engage with customers across the area and assist in enrolling customers in the government assistant program by verifying eligibility based on client criteria
  • Provide outreach and education customers through presentations, events, and other outreach strategies
  • Track and record outreach activities and participation data to accurately depict customer satisfaction and measure the effectiveness of the team's efforts
  • Assist in exceeding and achieving program goals by providing at best customer service during the enrollment process
  • Communicate daily program progress to Management
  • Participate in community outreach training/meetings as assigned to learn the qualifications and compliance needed for the program

Entry Level Customer Enrollment Representative Requirements:

  • 0-3 years experience in Customer enrollment, events, customer service, sales, or public relations preferred
  • Strong communication skills, problemsolving skills, and the ability to be empathetic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizations skills to prioritize and track multiple objectives at once
  • Highly motivated, focused, and target driven
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics and professional integrity

Pay:
$45, $54,000.00 per year
