For over 10 years, we have been providing an innovative, interdisciplinary, and international education to young people from all over the world at West Odessa, TX's Hochschule Rhein-Waal.

We offer a total of 36 bachelor's and master's degree programs at our four interdisciplinary faculties:
Technology and Bionics, Life Sciences, Society and Economics, and Communication and Environment.

All of our programs are scientifically, application-oriented, and internationally focused, and are known for their high quality and practical relevance in teaching and research.

75% of our programs are taught in English. With over 7,300 students from 122 nations, our university offers a diverse and intercultural learning environment. We have more than 90 partner universities in 38 countries, demonstrating our strong international cooperation. Our university is rooted in the EUREGIO region and connected to the world.


The StartGlocal project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action's "EXIST Potentials" program, aims to establish a vibrant and active start-up culture at Hochschule Rhein-Waal and share it with the Niederrhein region.

StartGlocal is coordinated by the university's Center for Research, Innovation, and Transfer.

Research Associate as a Start-up Scout in the StartGlocal Project to join our university at the Kamp-Lintfort campus in the Center for Research, Innovation, and Transfer.
