For our headquarters in Neustadt/Aisch, we are looking for a Sales Service Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on beverage wholesale and gastronomy at the earliest possible date.

YOUR TASKS

  • Creating salesoriented key figures and statistics for the responsible customer area as well as for key account management and management
  • Preparation of planning, expectation calculation and plausibility check
  • Creation of meaningful reports using the group reporting tool Macs
  • Customer controlling, customer reporting
  • Master data entry, master data maintenance
  • Condition maintenance
  • Invoice creation, invoice control
  • Creating offers including cost calculations
  • Listing maintenance
  • Maintenance of action overviews
  • Regular exchange with key account management
  • Correspondence processing
  • Creating annual discussion documents, interim presentations and discussion preparations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training
  • Experience in sales support/sales controlling
  • Team and communication skills in dealing with customers
  • Quick comprehension
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Very good PC user knowledge, especially Excel
  • Independent and structured way of working as well
