What you will do:

• Work with Director of Key Accounts/Wholesale & Retail
• Develop and maintain relationships, sales growth strategies and activities with Business Ag Retailers
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with Key Accounts
• Responsible for implementation of business development approaches to maximize growth and profitability with specifically identified Top accounts
• Collaborate with Nutrien field staff to ensure flawless execution to meet the needs of key accounts
• Establish a continuous feedback approach and process to connect with Top Producers
• Co-create with Sales and Marketing, lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive multi-year Top Producer centric grower experience
• Execute pilots, tactics, and relationship initiatives, while tracking performance and adjusting tactics to meet market conditions
• Establish and develop trusting relationships with accounts
• Responsible for account level sales planning and overall account management
• Own budget and forecasting for identified accounts
• Document identified information about Key accounts so that it can be shared within our organization.
• Champion Top Producers team and strategy with our sales organization and other Nutrien Ag Solutions teams
• Maintain open channels of communication and collaboration with the regions via regular updates and quarterly strategy meetings both remote and in-person
• Collaborate with Director of Proprietary Support & Solutions to enable solutions offering in Top Producers centric approach
• Division office in Findlay, OH/Territory would be N.W. OH

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, agriculture, marketing or related field, agriculture preferred in seed, chemicals, fertilizer
• 10+ years of experience in retail sales and marketing in an agriculture-related field
