Groundskeeper

Location:
Ninety7Fifty on the Park - Orland Park, Illinois

Primary Responsibilities

Gather and remove litter around the community.
Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans.
Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
Conduct light maintenance service repairs around the community and apartment homes.
Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls.
Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, fountains, planters, or other ground features.
Clean onsite facilities, hallways, breezeways

Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous ground experience or cleaning experience is a plus.
Able to work independently and follow through on assigned tasks.
