Description

The Operations & Enablement (OPE) Team's mission is to promote operational transparency through data resources that elevate employee and client experience.

The Data Entry Associate's focus will be to improve RapidRatings' private company coverage in our HealthMark ratings system. Our HealthMark provides clients with a quick preliminary risk ratings analysis for their suppliers. This role requires a quick learner adept with technology in a high volume, data entry position.

Your work queue will be prioritized and defined, and you will grow given the role's technical, fintech, and communication exposure.

The OPE Team celebrates innovation and collaboration and is entrepreneurial, transparent, and supportive.


_ Key Responsibilities include:

Researching. You will investigate and verify accurate firmographic and corporate hierarchy data for missing companies.

Adding companies. You will work within pre-defined processes to add company data using technology systems.

Reporting Progress. You will record your progress as work is completed so progress can be shared with stakeholders.

*Salary - $37,500 - $42,500 based on experience*
Whom We Are Seeking

  • Quick learner who can handle a large volume of repetitive tasks.
  • Major attention to detail and ability to research companies effectively via Google, etc.
  • Ability to work with technology systems including Excel, Kibana, JIRA, and proprietary technology.
  • Professional, highly motivated, and energetic.
  • College degree preferred.
  • With notice provided, position may require up to 5 hours of paid weekly overtime during peak volumes
