- Immediately greet and assist guests.
- Register and assign guests to rooms.
- Handle payment methods and credit verification.
- Manage reservations.
- Handle guest requests promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and audits.
- Assist in the breakfast area and with luggage when needed.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Preferably a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience or training required.
- Knowledge of PMS systems is a plus.
- Varied work schedule including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
