DevRabbit IT Solutions in Folsom, Ca is seeking an Mid/Sr level Account Manager.
General Purpose: Identify, qualify, contact, and close new sales from interested leads, potential partners, and customers. Actively uphold a superior level of customer service with existing customers.
General Responsibilities:
Primary duty- selling products and services by marketing, networking, cold calling, referral, and other similar inside sales techniques.
Proven ability close new accounts, preferably for consulting services
Actively seek, suggest, and introduce new products and services to existing and potential customers by identifying underserved needs.
Keep Supervisor informed by documenting development and sales activity for each customer/prospect
Maintain a professional and technical knowledge of our industry
Secure new and recurring work that fits company business needs, and is consistently profitable.
Meet / exceed sales goals consistently.
Maintain a full pipeline of qualified opportunities at various stages of the sales process.
Cultivate quality relationships with clients through appropriate and timely contact, resolving all issues and concerns to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Travel as needed to build lasting relationships
Salary: Base + commission.
Experience:
New Business Development: 5 years (Required)
Consulting Services (Preferred)
SalesForce CRM
Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
