    Description

    Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

    Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and be part of a dedicated group providing dialysis therapy to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. It's all about building strong connections with patients and their families.

    Requirements:

    • Current LPN license in the state of practice
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • IV certification if required by state
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Prior dialysis experience preferred
