Our New Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be joining our amazing administrative team._
Our new Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Supervisor, and fill the vital role of _
being the face and voice of our agency, as the first person a client may see or hear when they call.
What will your day look like in this key role for our agency? You will:
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Monitor visitor lobby and facilitates visitor checkin.
- Prepare, send, receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
- Order, receive, and verify office supply orders.
- Regular interactions with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Open/unlock main entrance during open office hours.
- Provide administrative support for organization's CEO, COO, and CFO
- Copying, scanning, printing, and delivering document packets with proper formatting using multifunction copy machine.
- Preparing, reviewing, correcting, and printing letters including gift acknowledgement letters for nonprofit donations.
- Sealing and sending signed letters.
- Other projects as assigned.

What You Bring to The Table
Bilingual:
fluent in English, and fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
Some administrative experience
- Data entry experience
- Personal accountability for the quality of work
- Highly organized and conscientious Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
