- Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, videos, and interactive modules.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for distribution staff in group and one-on-one settings.
- Utilize diverse training methods and tools to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
- Monitor trainee progress and offer constructive feedback for better understanding and skill development.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics.
- Identify areas for enhancement and update training materials and methodologies accordingly.
- Ensure training programs align with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Highlight adherence to safety protocols during training to enhance safety in the distribution environment.
