Reliable Energy Management, Inc.

is currently seeking bilingual Customer Service and Data Entry Representatives to interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services
  • Process both inbound and outbound calls
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers
  • Contacts customers when necessary to followup on customer satisfaction issues or solicit further sales
  • Maintain records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken in customer database.
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed
  • Ability to handle client information with sensitivity and integrity
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Performs other related duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bilingual, English and Spanish speaking preferred
  • 1 year minimum experience in customer service, administrative experience in similar work environment
  • Proficient on Google Calendar, Google Docs, Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work while managing a heavy call volume
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions priorities with enthusiasm
  • Self
- motivated and punctual
