WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE- You will take on the role of deputy manager at a Marc O'Polo store in Satellite Beach and support the store manager in coordinating the team and organizing the store.
- As a host, you will provide your customers with a special shopping experience - from product presentation to premium consultation.
- In the store, you will be responsible for specific areas and lead team meetings.
- You will not only contribute to maintaining work processes, but also improve them through the use of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- You will assist in recruiting new team members, planning personnel costs, and onboarding and developing employees.
- Inventories, event planning and execution, and implementation of visual merchandise guidelines are among your diverse tasks.
- Communication is your strength, and you are open and enjoy interacting with people.
- For you, management means contributing to achieving company goals through good organization and coordination - while keeping an overview.
- You are a true team player and are willing to pitch in. Your colleagues appreciate your reliability and empathetic leadership style.
- You have several years of experience in retail and ideally have completed a training in this field.
- You are familiar with MS Office, Teams, and software such as Futura and RFID.
