Job Description:

  • Technical and cost calculation processing of incoming inquiries for creating offers, including all necessary tasks to fulfill this role
  • Creation, management, and sending of informative offers, taking into account current cost situations and scheduling based on available capacities, as well as tracking these offers. You will be in constant communication with the production manager regarding scheduling and capacities

Telephone customer support:
continuous communication with our customers and responsible field service employees


  • Preparation of production orders
  • Optimization of work processes in collaboration with the production manager
  • Technical preparation of incoming orders
  • Verification of incoming orders
  • Scheduling based on available capacities
  • Creation of articles and their components in the computer system
  • Creation of necessary drawings
  • Handling of complaints
  • Optimization of work processes in collaboration with the production manager

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Temporary replacement of necessary positions due to vacation, illness, or personnel changes
  • It is generally agreed that each employee is expected to support their colleagues in case of need, in order to maintain smooth operations.
