    Line Lead

    If you are an experienced line lead looking to make your next career move, consider this temp-to-hire full-time line lead position. As a Line Leader at Bauderer Packaging, you will be responsible for overseeing the production line and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of production workers, coordinating their activities to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of production line workers, including machine operators, packagers, and quality inspectors.
    1. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
    1. Assign tasks to team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
    1. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and address any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
    1. Train new employees on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
    1. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to address production issues and implement process improvements.
    1. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    1. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
    1. Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with demonstrated leadership skills.
    • Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment, preferably in the packaging industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
    • Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
