Assist veterinarians in providing medical care to animals
Perform various veterinary procedures and treatments under the supervision of a veterinarian
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments to animals
Conduct laboratory tests and analyze samples
Monitor and record vital signs of animals
Prepare animals for surgery and assist during surgical procedures
Provide postoperative care and monitor recovery of animals
Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures
Educate pet owners on proper animal care and medication administration

Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) preferred
Experience working as a veterinary technician
Knowledge of aseptic technique and veterinary critical care
Proficiency in laboratory procedures and sample analysis
Strong animal handling skills and ability to work with a variety of species
Knowledge of veterinary medicine, anatomy, and physiology
Ability to perform animal catheterization
