This role will include a lot of marketing, networking, producing entertaining or educational material that is contributing to our social media platforms and out of office events.
Qualifications:
This is a full-time position that requires the right candidate to engage and be a highly analytical, organized, ambitious person with the ability to think creatively.
Collaborative mindset and a team player attitude.
Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and writing abilities.
Ability to analyze and summarize social media data.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals.
Networking: Highly visible in attending industry events, broker opens, and special events to network and represent the company effectively
Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the real estate
Prepare well- structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Time management skills and the ability to work independently
