    Mary's General Hospital, located in Passaic, NJ, is a community-based tertiary medical center focused on providing quality, compassionate care.

    It is an acute care hospital providing a broad range of services including cardiovascular services as well as a comprehensive program for cancer care.

    The hospital is also a center of excellence for maternal-child health and outpatient behavioral health services.

    It is the only hospital in Passaic and with over 550 physicians and 1,000 employees, and is one of the largest employers in the county.

    Responsible for the overall strategic leadership, planning, development, direction, coordination, and control of activity within patient care; Works collaboratively with leaders and staff to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.

    Works with C-suite in service line growth, revenue cycle, clinical operations, accreditation, and value-based care initiatives.

    Will participate in medical staff meetings, have oversight of medical staff office, and help with medical staff development and issues.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

    Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent
    Internal Medicine / hospitalist MD experience strongly preferred, medical subspecialty considered.
    Five (5) years of progressive responsibility in Healthcare Administration, preferred
    Masters Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Medical Management, preferred
    Proficiency in computer operations including word processing
    Demonstrates community commitment
